About the Event
How often do we give ourselves the time to slow down and just be without having to do? Stretch Lab is an opportunity for you to just be with yourself (and us) as we ever so slowly breathe and move into those parts of our body we almost forgot we had. During this unique personal journey, we will also come together to share the space and reflections.
As we let go and stretch into our bodies, we simultaneously stretch our minds and emotions, tapping into the abundance that the present moment offers us. Stretch Lab is lightly guided and heavily intuitive. Rather than moving through specific movements and poses like a yoga class, we will each be moving in the way that our own body wants us to move in. This class invites you to listen closely to your body, where you will find that it is always whispering to you, beckoning you into deeper relaxation and intimate connection with yourself.
These classes are 1.15 hr. You do not need any special equipment, and people with all flexibility levels are welcome! Please dress comfortably and find any space (large or small) where you can move freely and uninterrupted.
